PDCS real-time data collection system can easily operate equipment in the manufacturing process, effectively outputting real-time data and parameter monitoring. And its data includes (daily) production information, single or multi-production line, production target, OEE achieve - ment rate, etc. Data can be stored on the factory intranet or in the cloud (AWS, Azure, MindSphere).

■Alert Notification
The remote monitor can obtain the cause of the error through the transmission of instant notifications and assign personnel to perform troubleshooting or maintenance. Then, it is not necessaire to check the error messages on-site.
