Using process simulation can allow in the reduction time for adjusting or building new production line assembly time as well as to obtain a forecast on the OEE with the current process layout, achieving better production line balance optimization. Environmental Monitoring and Management System

UBIVERSE is environmental management system that provides service to monitor key relevant parameters including temperature and humidity with capability to alert any abnormality, Monitoring parameters can cover from manufacturing floor to storage areas to ensure the quality of material (i.e. preventing material becoming moldy & damaged) and equipment used are under normal condition (i.e. high temperature cause equipment break down or possibly fire) for key parameters.

Energy Monitoring and Management System

FEMS monitors voltage and current with electricity consumption analysis and digital reports. Energy consumption of the production can be monitored, managed (setting trigger levels), and track carbon emission/footprints (*energy usage mapping to different countries).
